Polk Audio RTi10
$1,100.00
Released October, 2003
The Pros:Made in the traditional box form-factor - an increasingly hard-to-find design. Good audio reproduction - produces eloquent mid tones that aren't drowned out by the lower tones. Value - well worth the price difference over the RTi8 units.
The Cons:Included feet add 1.5 inches to each side of the base. Very tall - might not work for all home theater setups. Requires an A/V receiver that can output at least 80 watts per channel at @ 8 ohms.
The RTi10 is a floor-standing speaker made up of a 1" silk/polymer tweeter, a 6.5" mid driver, and 2 - 7" woofers. It is available in cherry or black oak finishes.
