Polk Audio R300
$400.00
Released March, 2007
The Pros:Remains distortion free even at higher volume levels. Value - relatively inexpensive given the overall sound quality. Great for movies - well suited for use as a rear channel in a 5.1 speaker setup.
The Cons:Tweeters can produce too much 'brightness' in the high range for some users. Limited low end output - might not provide enough bass response for some users. Doesn't ship in the most protective packaging - a risk for damage.
